Mary is a licensed Mental Health Practitioner in the state of New York. Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in tandem with an integrative approach to tailor the needs of each unique individual or family. 

Mary‘s enthusiasm for working in the field of human services began in 2001 through her work at Young Adult Institute (YAI) as a Vocational Counselor and evaluator for individuals with disabilities. Mary simultaneously completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz in 2003 prior to earning her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University in 2007. 

In 2013, Mary was granted New York State licensure as a Mental Health practitioner, which enabled her to follow her passion for empowering others in a therapeutic capacity. Mary is dedicated to her family, private practice, continued learning and various projects that inspire her ambition to reach others.
